Shipping Policy
  • allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed
  • DHL Express Shipping available worldwide & will arrive in 1-3 days once shipped
  • FedEx Express Shipping available worldwide & will arrive in 3-6 days once shipped
  • international standard shipments will ship via DHL & FedEx
  • you will receive a shipment notification e-mail with tracking once your order has shipped

Hawaii, Alaska, PO Boxes, AFO/FPO & U.S Territories
  • we accept orders shipped to PO Boxes and APO/FPO or U.S territories
  • orders shipped to these addresses will be sent only via FedEx Express
International Shipping Policies

Customs, Duties & Taxes
  • all EU orders will not be subject to any import duties, fees & taxes
  • for orders outside the EU any import duties, fees & taxes are the responsibility of the customer

International returns initiated due to refusal to pay duties and taxes will be subject to a $25 restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund amount.

 

Returns
  • all you need to do is let us know within 14 days of receiving your order 
  • click here or go to the bottom of our website under the ‘Returns Center’ 
  • all returns will be refunded only via store credit in the form of an e-gift card code
Europe + International Returns
  • you can arrange a return to us via your local postal service
  • we’ve setup a deal with DHL Express to pickup the package from any address of your choice & return it to us within 1-3 working days
  • the returns aren’t free but the costs come out cheaper than sending it back via your local post office
  • E-mail us and we’ll let you know the cost based on your country 
  • we require you to pay this cost via our PayPal and we’ll e-mail you the discounted shipping label to give the driver on pickup
